Out of Town Team Information

Worried about the Sun?
As a courtesy, if your dragon boat team is flying in from out of town and unable to bring your own shade tent for your paddlers, we may be able to rent one for you ahead of time and have it ready for your arrival. Even though San Diego weather is usually a perfect 75 degrees, it may be hot that weekend. If you need a tent please let us know by emailing Rental dragonboatsd@gmail.com and put "Team Tent" in the subject line, We can provide avaialable tents on a first come first serve basis, and after that tents can be rented for $50 each for the weekend. Make checks payable to: SDDBT Race

Are you short a few paddlers?
Some teams don't have enough paddlers to fill a boat in San Diego, while many paddlers would like to come to San Diego, but don't have a team. Last year we created a forum for extra paddlers and teams to connect together for a great weekend racing in San Diego and it was a smashing success!. Just comment on the tab above called "Grab a Paddler Blog" and see if you can do to get in a boat.
